Our expert teachers provide personalised attention to each student during the live yoga classes while introducing foundational basic yoga poses and breathing & mindfulness practices. Our classes are tailored for seniors with gentle & basic yoga poses focused on overall body movement, reviving pranayama and meditation. The emphasis is on providing a supportive environment for practitioners to build strength, bring body alignment and feel rejuvenated under the safe guidance of our teachers.
